Off-the-shelf ERPs didn't fit.

A multi-site construction company was running operations across multiple jurisdictions using a mix of off-the-shelf tools, spreadsheets, and manual reporting. The off-the-shelf ERPs they had evaluated either didn't handle construction-specific requirements (equipment tracking across sites, project cost-coding to the work-package level) or were so heavyweight that the configuration cost exceeded the cost of custom building.

They came to us for a custom ERP designed around their specific operational model.

Three releases, each used in production.

Enterprise software projects fail when scope expands faster than the team can deliver. We mapped the work into three releases — release one focused exclusively on project management and cost coding (the core operational pain), release two added inventory and field operations, release three layered in procurement and financial reporting.

Each release went live in production, was used by real teams, and informed the design of the next release. Total engagement timeline: months, not years.

• User management — Role-based access for office, site, and executive personnel.
