Discovery
Daily working sessions. Scope locked by end of week. Success criteria, user stories, and acceptance tests defined.
- Week 2
Design & Architecture
User flows, wireframes, design system. Architecture diagram. Tech stack confirmed. Initial database schema.
- Weeks 3–6
Build
Engineering sprints with weekly demos. Production-tracking dashboard shared. Daily standups for the founder if desired.

Test & Polish
Bug fixes, performance optimization, edge cases. Final design polish. Pre-launch QA.

You've left your job and have 6+ months of personal runway.
You have an LOI
A signed LOI or pilot contract covering at least 50% of MVP cost.
