Information we collect
When you submit the qualification form or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the information you provide — organization name, role, project details, budget range, timeline, and email address. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location) through privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
We use your submission to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and — if you opt in — send you our monthly essay. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below who help us operate.
Third-party services
We use Vercel (hosting), a privacy-friendly analytics provider (Plausible or Fathom), and an email service for transactional and newsletter email (Postmark, ConvertKit, or similar). Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Data retention
We retain qualification submissions for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@elyshub.dev. This policy is NDPR-compliant for Nigerian data subjects and GDPR-aware for EU traffic.
